Memory Card Data Recovery 

If you ever lose the ability to view the photos on your memory card, don't despair.  We can usually help.  Even if you have accidentally erased your pictures, it is still possible to recover your precious images.  Just send us your card and we will attempt data recovery for you.  We are usually successful at saving most of the images.  If anything happens to your precious photos do not format the card; don't do anything else.  The more you do the less likely we are to have success in restoring your photos.  The fee for this service is $ 15.00 + $ 3.00 per CD or DVD used for storing your photos.

• Never disconnect camera from computer while downloading photos.
• Do not remove card while downloading images or while camera is writing to card.
• Never disconnect power to camera or batteries while downloading or while camera is still writing data to card.
• Avoid using memory card in different brands or types of cameras.
• Do, (at least occasionally), format the memory card.
